Filmmaker Jenn Page has literally made a career out of doing things differently.

Jenn, who is both a professional actor and a director, worked in independent films in New York prior to moving to Los Angeles.  Her experiences working in L.A.  ultimately led her to create her female-friendly film production company, Luminave.

Jenn’s short films have won multiple awards, while providing women with the opportunity to work in all aspects of film production, including crew positions.   Cast and crewmembers say she has a gift for making them feel comfortable, and inspires them to give her their best.

AND–she’s going to be one of the featured speakers at the upcoming New Media Expo, in Las Vegas, with a panel on “Women in New Media”!

Jenn talked about her background, her experiences creating her production company and the guidance she’d like to give other creative visionaries, as they go about making their dreams a reality.
