Terms and Conditions

Submissions

Your comments are welcome.  All submissions become property of Two Maverix® Multimedia, LLC and twomaverix.com upon receipt.  Use of any submission material is at our discretion, and we do not pay for comments or guest bloggers.  We’d love to hear your thoughts, but c’mon, we’re saving our pennies to support some artists and innovators here!

By your submission of a post or other materials, you certify that this content is original and that you have full rights to it.  Plagiarism creates truly yucky karma!

If, though we hope not, we unwittingly receive content to which you have a right, without your knowledge (i.e., someone else was less than karma-savvy, stole your intellectual property and presented it as theirs–boo, triple hiss and lots of virtual tomatoes thrown in THEIR direction!), please alert us and we will remove the content in question.

Comment Policy

This is a family-oriented site.  Please keep all comments respectful.  No defaming, threatening or harassing others.  No profanity and no spam–anything that reads like an advertisement will be thrown out faster than three-day-old cooked Brussels sprouts.  (Can we say “ewwww!” here?)  No personal information.  (Comments will be viewable by others, so please don’t post anything you would consider private, such as phone numbers or other personal data.)  Avoid politics, please, and we are not a “religious” site, although some of our guests may talk about their faith in the course of an interview.

Twomaverix.com will not publish material of a racist, sexist, hate-oriented or otherwise derogatory nature.

Disagreeing with a comment is fine.  Being abusive is not.

No impersonation of anyone in your posts.  (Being you really ought to be enough fun, anyway!)

Post in plain text.  It should be “Good Morning,” not “Xuzy Ykfozvlx!”

No posting of malicious code.

Please be aware that individuals of all ages may be reading your comments.

All comments will be moderated.  (At some point, a better spam filter will be added, but for now, comments will wait for approval, prior to being posted for all to see.)

Privacy Policy

Two Maverix® Multimedia, LLC, does not, and will not, sell personal information.   We do NOT sell photographs.  All photographic subjects are aware that they have been photographed, and we blur faces of anyone who happens to walk into a shot in a public place, to protect the individual’s privacy.   We will NOT feature a photograph of a child under 18, because, sadly enough, there are some sick people in the world and we want to keep the kids as safe as is humanly possible.   We’re glad to remove any photographs of you that you may feel are invasive of your privacy or your creative work, upon request.    Audio interview guests are aware that they are being recorded and are asked to verify that fact as recording begins.

We also do not sell data obtained by your use of this site.  This site uses Google Analytics to enable us to track site traffic data, and per their request, we would like you to know that this site uses a cookie (disappointingly, it isn’t chocolate!  Sorry.) to collect anonymous traffic data.

As of July, 2015, this site is a member of several affiliate programs, so our pages also include some ads. The privacy policy is as follows:

  • Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website.
  • You may opt out of the use of cookies for interest based advertising by visiting aboutads.info.)

Your questions are welcome.

Intellectual Property

All material and photographs contained on this site are original and property of Two Maverix® Multimedia, LLC unless noted as “photo courtesy of…”.   Some photographs you will see will have been taken by others, used with permission and credited.

Please respect the intellectual-property rights, not only of Two Maverix® Multimedia, LLC but of all artists, writers and other creative people featured on this site.  Artisans’ work involved their time, effort and creativity and is their exclusive property, photographed with permission.  We prefer to photograph an artist’s work with him or her in the picture, whenever possible.

Photographs on twomaverix.com are for promotional purposes, and are not to be sold in any way.

If you would like to quote an original article on twomaverix.com, please submit your request in writing.

I would like to see a Blog discussion with Anita Shenk. She is the owner of Vitality Reawakened. A VR site in VRCHAT where we meditate and talk about developing our future self. She also won a reward for her VR site about climate change from the UN. When can we meet with you in VR about setting up a Blog discussion with her. In one of Paul Waiyaki”s blog discussion he was in one of her worlds. If you look at the blog, he was standing in front of one of her trees. She is a world builder in VR. Please advise when we can set up an appropriate meeting with you so that I can introduce you to Anita, a graet innovator in VRCHAT.
