experience in analog circuit design engineering and mechanical engineering.<\/p>\n<p>And along the way, he discovered how much he enjoyed working with people and sharing ideas.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_20523\" style=\"width: 610px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-20523\" class=\"size-full wp-image-20523\" src=\"http:\/\/twomaverix.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/DSC_0079-1-e1561305861554.jpg\" alt=\"Roger listens to an answer from his 2018 &quot;Future of Engineering Education&quot; panel at <a href=\"http:\/\/twomaverix.com\/?p=16542\">Sensors Expo and Conference<\/a>.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>That discovery led him to start his marketing firm, and use his expertise to help companies commercialize their products.\u00a0\u00a0 (He also team-taught entrepreneurship to UC Berkeley engineering students for a number of years.)<\/p>\n<p>The six-person panel which Roger will moderate will focus on nontraditional approaches to teaching engineering.\u00a0\u00a0 Two engineering students, two administrator\/educators and two engineer\/entrepreneurs will offer their perspectives.<\/p>\n<p>Entrepreneurship, adult education and co-op experiences will all be key elements in the discussion.\u00a0 And so will questions from the audience.<\/p>\n<p>And Roger&#8217;s insights on marketing could easily be pertinent to makers and arts people in general, as well as to engineering students and educators!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20526\" src=\"http:\/\/twomaverix.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Roger-asks-his-panel-a-question-e1561306599302.jpg\" alt=\"Roger Grace asks his 2018 &quot;Future of Engineering Education&quot;
